Last Updated February 22, 2008

Based on the most recent quarterly statistics available there will be an estimated 2,110,960 foreclosed properties this year. When that number is broken down there will be 5784 foreclosures per day, 241 per hour, and 4 per minute. These statistics will result in about one foreclosed property every 15 seconds. The Foreclosure Clock is updated twice every second to show the most accurate number of foreclosed properties possible at this very moment. The figures in the foreclosure clock are updated each time new foreclosure statistics are released to provide the most accurate information in a period of record foreclosures.
